A body armour is available next to the air-conditioning units. This save disk can cause basketball courts to be disabled because it is too close to a nearby court. The disk can be moved to one of the rooms in the hallway not far from it's original position. Saves will work regardless of which version of gta3.img you use, however there may be glitches, such as road barriers to other cities still appearing after they should have been removed.

This mission will start in The Four Dragons Casino in Las Venturas. In the cut scene CJ and the Triads, sent by Woozie, are flying in an Andromada to Los Santos. While flying over Madd Dogg's Mansion the Triads will jump out of the plane with their parachutes and you'll have to go after them. Open your parachute just like them and land on the roof of the mansion.

Once all the Vagos outside are dead, the team shoot their way inside the mansion and finally find Big Poppa. After a chase around the city, Carl kills Big Poppa and officially takes back the mansion for Madd Dogg. Every link is the same file, but for different save slots. This attempts to fix a glitch that causes casino minigames to become unavailable after suspending the game while a minigame is being played. This glitch occurs when you save near a pool table and prevents you from using them.

When entering the mansion a cut scene will start in which you'll see one of your friends getting killed. After that proceed to the hallway, there you'll have to defend the hallway while the Triads will clear the rooms. Don't hesitate to help them if you can, because they're not the best killers. In the next room the Triads will guard the balcony, preventing you from getting shot while you go after Big Poppa. But it's best to watch your back while doing that because there are some Vagos in the kitchen and living room behind you.

During the short cutscene in which the Triads and Carl enter the mansion, one of the Triads gets decapitated by an SMG shot, despite SMGs not being able to behead pedestrians during normal gameplay. This was done to show the player that this member was actually killed by a headshot and to be the punchline to a situational ironic joke, about the attackers keeping their heads to "kick ass". Kendl says she, Madd Dogg and Cesar have gone to San Fierro to see if everything is in place before returning to Los Santos. When the plane reaches its destination, the Triads and Carl all jump out, parachute to the helipad on the roof of Madd Dogg's mansion and kill all of the Vagos on the rooftop before the rest of the team arrives, including Guppy.

Make sure the health and armour bar are full when starting this mission because it takes quite some time to pass it and a lot of bullets will come your way during the mission. The player can block the Phoenix and kill Big Poppa to complete the mission. The exact cause of this glitch is unknown, however it causes some missions to either refuse to start or crash the game when starting. Las Venturas

V2 EXEs will only load saves with a v2 ID (including the Steam/RSG version). When you save the game, an ID pertaining to the EXE (gta_sa.exe/gta-sa.exe) used is stored in the save. Big Poppa will leave the mansion at some point and drive off in a white Phoenix. Get in the pink Windsor standing outside the mansion and start chasing him. Make sure to keep up with him, if he's gone too far away the mission will fail. When you reach him perform some drive-by's on his car until it explodes.

Now the mission is passed and the mansion will be in possession of Madd Dogg and CJ. Once past the bedrooms onto the balcony you can pick up a health heart in the kitchen below the balcony. Once you move towards Big Poppa he will run and there seems to be no way to kill him inside the mansion so instead systematically work your way through the rooms. These are the same rooms that were used in the theft mission. Once you get to the end there will be a cutscene where Big Poppa drives off in a Phoenix and you have to pursue in a pink Windsor . This section of the mission is trickier than it sounds because you have to stay quite close to Big Poppa to avoid an automatic mission failure.

Story Missions

You can check which version of gta3.img you are using by checking it's file size or checksum. If your gta3.img doesn't match either of these, then your gta3.img is likely modded. The order of the IPL flags is determined by the models\gta3.img file being used when the game is saved. This option will allow you to convert the save file to a different script version.
